Custom made pouch of 1000D Cordura
It is rather surprising the amount of inquiries we got from local Malaysians for custom made Cordura items. Having made a number over the past months, we have decided that it is timely we post blogs and updates on what we have been up to. With specific requirements, this was made for a customer who needed a custom made pouch to keep his Helinox walking sticks.
One of the reasons why some customers kept coming back to us for special made items and repairs is that we try our best to get the work done to your specifications. This particular pouch is nothing short of that. The customer wanted good quality zip…fitting (but not too tight) dimensions, molle attachments and even a draining hole for the pouch.

Like all our orders, we spend some time discussing the design with the customers before proceeding. With costly 1000D multi-cam Cordura material like this, we have to minimize mistakes as much as we can. And if the design is not something that is within our capability, we would have no choice but to deny the business (yes…it sucks but we believe its the only way to go).
Once the design is finalized, the rest is rather easy. With the right measurements, tools and other materials, it took us less than 2 hours to get this pouch made up.

This custom made 1000D Cordura material pouch for Helinox walking stick has been handed over to the customer. The customer on the other hand is obviously happy because he did commission us on another project a few days later. As the jobs and orders are piling up…we are worried we may not be able to cope!
